The boxes are a little worn but all filters are sealed. Please refer to pictures for more accurate description of items and parts that come with it. All items seen in pictures come with it
Please be familiar with product and make sure it will fit on your faucet.
I do have it listed as open box. To my knowledge all the pieces are there and every replacement filter is sealed.
