This postcard was found in Amsterdam, Netherlands.  It was sent to the USA by my friend, Lotje, from the Netherlands.
On the front of this rare old vintage  postcard is a gorgeous art portrait of a delightful Tibetan Spaniel.   Under the dog is a manufacturer's message in Dutch that translates to:   "Congratulations".
On the back is a handwritten message in Dutch,  an address in Holland and a faded Dutch postmark.
Measurements are approximately: 3.5" x 5.5" so this is a standard size postcard. It was originally made in the Netherlands.  Aside from several signs of surface wear including an angled crease, this postcard is still easy to see and appreciate!
