Brand new & unused without original box (came in original box that had damage & mildew odor). Machine is in new, working condition - includes original instructions & accessories though the tubing & instruction manual in particular have a mildew scent so in the case of the tubing in particular (also some yellowing) - you may want to replace those pieces.
