Completely functional
*BUT*
there are cracks in the plastic and it appears that some plastic pieces have broken off.  There are also scratches on the interior of the bowl from previous use.  I tested everything and it all works and still has lots of life left but it does not look new.  Please view all photos for details.  I tried to capture all of the damage and circled in red but please let me know if you have any questions.
